Deleting your account

Loot Critters (by Krauq LLC) creates an anonymous game account the first time it goes online. You can delete it and everything with it at any time.

In the game

1. Open the Badger tab.
2. Press Delete my account…, then Delete.

This deletes, at once and for good, your account, cloud save, critter name, friends, cheers and hiscore entries from our servers, and the save on your phone.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@krauq.com with your critter's name (for example Bramble#1234). We'll delete the account and everything with it within 30 days and confirm by email. Nothing is kept afterwards, except what the law requires us to keep.
